HEATHROW WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
MILLING AND PAVING WILL BEGIN ON BRIDGEWATER DRIVE ON MARCH 14th
AND WILL CONTINUE, weather permitting, THROUGH MARCH 18th
Dear Homeowner:
Central FL Patch & Seal has a contract to pave Bridgewater Drive. Please be aware of the following:
YOUR SAFETY:
During paving operations, traffic will be routed around the work area. Please pay attention to flagmen, signs and barricades. DRIVE SLOWLY AND STAY ALERT!
Paving equipment may be parked overnight in your neighborhood. Please do not allow children to play on or around the equipment.
Sometimes a portion of the existing asphalt will be removed before new asphalt is installed. This may leave gutters and manholes temporarily higher than adjacent surface. Be aware of these “bumps” when walking or driving.
Sometimes a hot black sticky substance will be sprayed on the road prior to paving. Do NOT walk or drive through this material. Be sure to check your shoes before entering your home or car if you think you may have stepped in this sticky liquid.
YOUR COOPERATION
Do not park cars on the street during the dates of work. The vehicle will be removed if the owner cannot be located.
Once paving operations take place in front of your home, you will not be able to move cars from or into your driveway until the paving crew says OK. This could be for an hour or two.
When driving on newly installed asphalt, please turn your wheels gently and avoid quick starts and stops. The surface of the asphalt takes several days to attain its full hardness.
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
Do not run sprinkler systems during the day until the asphalt paving is completed in front of your area.
