HEATHROW WOODS
IMPORTANT Ė STORM DEBRIS INFO

We know youíve been working hard to clean up the remnants of Hurricane Irma, and we want to help address some of the questions you may be wondering about.†

If a tree has fallen into the Associationís roadway and/or onto common area, the Associationís landscape company, Frank Garcia Landscaping, Inc., will remove all debris from those areas only.† Any debris located on an individual lot will be the responsibility of that private property owner. ††

If a tree limb or debris has fallen onto your property from another individualís property, the portion that has fallen onto your property is your responsibility.† The neighbor to whom the tree belongs might be willing to assist, but the general rule is that you are responsible for everything within your property lines.† You may not dump or place any fallen materials onto anotherís property.† Please be sure to verify with your insurance agent if you have questions or concerns.†
